Personal Touches Management

With our Personal Touches Management services, we fully manage your property hassle free with 24/7 guest support and with either in-person check-in or from a secure key lockbox.

Property Listings Creation – MyHomeSorted will create your property listing from scratch to include full property description, images which will need to be taken professionally prior by ourselves or if you provide your own high quality images, introduction description and short caption, addition initially to Airbnb and other channels if required.  We will also list prices, availability, researching the market to ascertain accurate pricing, fluctuations and create an optimum pricing strategy.

Means of guest entry will need to be ascertained from Key lockbox to Key Nest, personal check-ins and any other areas.

House Manual – Will need to be created ideally by yourselves as you know the property inside and out. We can however assist and have a fantastic template for this. You will need to advise on everything home related such as your kitchen appliances: dishwasher, washing machine etc to how to switch on the TV, internet Wi-Fi code etc. We will then add this to your profile by way of link and this will be communicated to the guest prior to check-in.

Guest Screening/Vetting – As part of the Personal Touches Management services, we will vet all enquiries that come through. If we mutually decide the Airbnb listing will be Instant Book, we can still take action if we feel the guest has not been verified/have sufficient references.  If we really feel the guest does not have enough background, we shall ask probing questions and ascertain if this will be a suitable guest. Once agreed we will accept the guest.

Cleaning and Linen Services – We provide cleaning and linen services if required. Our Cleaners are all trained to a 5* standard and our towels are fluffy and lovely! We will add a cleaning fee onto the total Airbnb fee and this will then be paid by the guest. We will then charge this fee back to you when invoicing. Linen will be provided and this generally includes 2 x fluffy bath towels, handtowels for the bathroom, all the sheets such as a Double duvet set (including sheet, duvet cover, 2 x pillowcases).

Turndown Services – We also provide a service to change sheets and towels, replenish stocks, fridge management in between check outs.  

Supplies of toiletries & cleaning items – Such as toilet rolls, soap, shampoo/conditioner, bath/shower gel, we can discuss this as many of our clients provide this and we will top up, and add to the expenses when we invoice. Cleaners also need the cleaning items and these we will keep stocked up so that the cleaner has the tools to keep your place spick and span!

Fridge Management – Generally we do ask our clients to remove all items from the fridge however fine to keep stocks in the cupboards – we can advise on this later. We do check fridges in between check-ins/outs as very important to maintain this area!

Regular Property Inspection – Don’t worry about your property whilst you are away as we are here to inspect after each check-out and our cleaners will also feed back any irregularities.

24/7 Guest Communication – We are on hand to assist with any queries, via the Airbnb app and other channels.

Home Security – We can advise on the latest technology from security cameras, secure Bluetooth lockboxes to noise detectors to help prevent parties. However we do advise on a very strict No Party policy in the rules and deposits.

Home Insurance – We can advise on this and have specialist teams to assist.

Luggage Storage – We have partnered with Stasher and can offer luggage storage solutions for you.

Repair & Maintenance – Can be quoted on a case-by-case basis – additional charges apply.

Minimum contract term

Good news is there is no minimum contract! You only need to register with us via the Contact form and we will take care of the rest.
